Shipping and return policies for Bears In Trees

Shipping Info

All items are shipped as cheaply as possible through Royal Mail. We are not a big company or band so don't have the means to send cheaply through companies such as DPD, Yodel or similar, and do our best to keep the costs down to anyone who wants to buy our merch.

We aim to get all orders in to the post as soon as possible, but promise to get them shipped within 7 days! (we're busy boys)

Orders in the UK should get to you in 2-3 business days after postage.
Orders in the Rest of Europe should be with you within 3-5 days after postage
Orders in the Rest of the World should be with you within 5-7 days after postage.

We ship worldwide because we understand not all our fans live in the UK (Go us!), and we apologise for the high cost of some of our postage. We ship everything as cheaply as possible but if you really don't want to pay any postage, we sell all of our merch at our gigs so make your way down to one of our shows... you get to meet us and don't have to pay postage! (its win, win!)

Return Policy

If you decide you no longer want your awesome Bears in Trees merch within 28 days of receiving your order, you can return it to us for a full refund. Yay! (but please don't keep it for 27 days and then decide to send it back!)
Just email us telling us you want to return it and we'll let you know where to send it. (unfortunately we can not refund any postage costs.)

If you decide after 28 days that you no longer want your awesome Bears in Trees merch then you've gotta keep it... sorry! (maybe you can give it to a family member you don't really like).

Sometimes people receive their parcel from us and not everything they've ordered is in it (pesky postpeople!) If this is the case please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to sort out the problem. Remember we can't do anything if you don't let us know!

We check every item before we send them off but if you receive your parcel and anything is damaged or faulty please let us know and we'll do our best to sort it out!
